We strongly advise you to backup your help desk database. There were several changes to the database structure and data to accommodate Article Revisions and Article Drafts features.
The default knowledge base theme got a minor update to accommodate several changes and new features.
Follow these directions to update a theme:
If you are using a subdomain to access a knowledge base site, it will be necessary to instruct the help desk which domain to use. To do so, add the following to the .env file:
Where example.com is the base domain name used to serve the site, for example, if you access your site using docs.mydomain.com, then the base domain name would be mydomain.com:
Without this, any domain with a matching subdomain would be able to serve your docs sites.
