Frequently asked questions about the self-hosted license and pricing/cost
This article is still in progress! Feel free to send a message if you have any question or have issues.
Full Help's self-hosted license pricing is simple, just pay once and optionally renew after one year.
Once the license expires, you will still be able to use the software, forever!
When it expires, you will only have access to security and bug fixes.
We follow the Semantic Versioning 2.0 specification, which says:
Given a version number MAJOR.MINOR.PATCH, increment the:
- MAJOR version when you make incompatible API changes,
- MINOR version when you add functionality in a backwards-compatible manner, and
- PATCH version when you make backwards-compatible bug fixes.
More information about the Semantic Versioning specification can be found here.
Within a valid license period (1 year after the license purchase date), you will have access to Major, Minor, and Patch releases. After that period, only patch releases will be available for download for your latest downloaded version.
Please check out the actual License for more details.
