Chat online/offline modes

Show your help desk and support agent's availability so your customers know when to expect a reply

With the agent's availability feature, your customers will be able to see whether your help desk is online or away, providing instant feedback and expectation of when a reply will be received.

Currently, any support agent that is logged in to the help desk, is considered online. Any support agent that doesn't have any activity on the help desk, will be automatically considered as offline or away.

Support for agents to choose their availability preferences is in progress and will be available pretty soon. Agent's availability preferences include the ability to force offline mode, online while using the app, and a calendar schedule.
