Customize the help desk branding

Change the help desk colors and logos so it matches your company brand

Use the .env settings below to customize and change the look of the dashboard of your application.

Change the platform's name:

APP_NAME="My company name"

Change the help desk logo for light backgrounds, as seen on the authentication pages:

BRANDING_LOGO=https://www.example.com/path/to/logo.png

Change the help desk logo for dark backgrounds, as seen on the agent dashboard, purple navbar:

BRANDING_LOGO_INVERSE=https://www.example.com/path/to/logo.png

If you would like to customize the help desk style, you can inject a custom CSS file with the following .env entry:

BRANDING_CUSTOM_CSS_FILE=https://www.example.com/assets/css/desk.css

We recommend using the browser's Element Inspector tool to determine the classes of the elements you want to style.

You can use a full URL as shown on the above examples, absolute paths, or relative paths to the asset files.
