Full Help integrates with Postmark and Mailgun for outbound and inbound email capabilities. In addition to Postmark and Mailgun, you can also receive emails using a POP or IMAP connection.
Full Help doesn't replace your existing email client. Instead, you just forward all the support emails to the appropriate mailbox's internal address. This is how most help desks work today.
