Create and configure your knowledge base site

Knowledgebase sites allow you to share helpful content and resources with your customers.

To create a knowledge base site, in your help desk dashboard:

  1. Go to Sites, located on the top menu bar, then click on Create a site.
  2. Enter the site's title or name, URL Type, and visibility.
  3. Press on Save.
